It s an open platform, enabling the client to gain access to data from any source to create graphs or visuals to better understand their software and how it is functioning. The platform also alerts the client to software malfunctions so that they can assign a professional to fix it. Using Machine Learning, New Relic One learns about the clients preferences based off of past actions and creates alerts accordingly. Clients also have access to other applications on the platform that are intended to be used as tools.
