Gupshup is a AI-enabled messaging platform that provides conversational chatbots for commerce, marketing, and support applications. Gupshup IP (GIP) is offered in two forms: GIP Native and GIP Widget. The former is installed in native messaging apps and is compatible with certain phone brands, while the latter is embedded in a chat widget and works on all devices.
Gupshup’s Single API can be used to send and receive messages through the RCS protocol and over thirty other channels. The platform has a built-in Auto Intelligent Routing algorithm to automatically reroute the message through SMS if the user's carrier or device is incompatible with RCS. RCS offers features such as user preference management, automatic template translation, interactive two-way messaging, and smart dashboards.
RCS enables the delivery of personalized content to every customer according to individual and regional conditions, such as language and locale, in order to engage customers with contextual communications.
Gupshup's bot platform integrates tools for building conversational RCS workflows. With these tools, users can orchestrate customer service and consultative selling with media such as images, carousel ads, videos, geo-location, and document sharing.
