BrightTALK is a B2B marketing platform that supports video uploads, webinars, and virtual events. BrightTALK requires a subscription to use.
Users can upload unlimited numbers of webinars. In addition to supporting both live and pre-recorded videos during webinars, BrightTALK also enables users to share slide presentations and screen share with their audience. During webinars, users can enable audience participation with live Q&A, interactive polls, and ratings. As of January 2022, BrightTALK has three subscription plan tiers for its webinar platform: Talks, Pro Talks, and Enterprise Talks. The Talks tier allows for unlimited live webinars with promotions on BrightTALK's site and apps and is priced from $500 a month. Pro Talks offers all Talks features, as well as allows for uploaded pre-recorded content and email promotions to opt-in users at $1000 a month. Enterprise Talks offers all Pro Talks and Talks features, plus a dedicated customer service manager, integration assistance, and expert onboarding. Enterprise Talks pricing is on a per-company basis. All plans are billed annually.
Companies can create branded virtual events using BrightTALK by setting up branded domains and websites with custom navigation features. Virtual events can be organized with topic tracks and agendas, and can be single or multi-day. Users can make their virtual events as interactive as they want, with options ranging from discussion boards, surveys and polls, digital networking lounges, and more. In addition, attendees and presenters can create their own user profiles. Just like with webinars, virtual events support both live and pre-recorded videos, screen sharing, and slide presentations.
BrightTALK also provides a program geared towards marketing for companies called Lead Generation, intended to increase pipeline contributions. Lead Generation allows users to create targeted ad campaigns or always-on subscriptions. Companies that are signed up for Lead Generation get their webinars and virtual events promoted to the site's opt-in audience.
BrightTALK's customers include major tech companies such as Glassdoor, Google, Amazon Web Services, Verizon Business, Salesforce, and NS1.
