Workstream is a company and job platform that enables business owners to recruit and hire workers, focusing on gig jobs and the fast food industry. Workstream was founded in 2017 by Desmond Lim, Max Wang, and Lei Xu.

Workstream helps hire workers in the retail, restaurant, hospitality, assisted living, manufacturing, and franchise industries. Employers can choose between three plans with varying levels of automated hiring assistance: Hiring, Onboarding, and Integrations. Under Workstream's most basic plan, Hiring, employers can automatically list their jobs on over 25,000 job boards, host an employee referral program, send automated welcome texts and interview reminders to new applicants, send applicant screening questions, collect short video introductions by applicants, and conduct interviews, among other features. Through the Onboarding plan, employers can automatically send onboarding and training documents to new hires, receive e-signatures, and collect tax forms. With the Integrations plan, employers receive a dedicated hiring specialist, expert advice on budget optimization, automated background checks, and ADP Workforce Now integration.
