When candidates fail to show up for an interview, the interviewer can mark their account as a "no show." This invokes a "3 strikes, you're out policy," and the candidate will be barred from booking other interviews. This policy also applies if the user incorrectly completes their profile or updates the profile with the wrong information, as the interviewer can log that the profile was incorrect.
