The platform is built to help contact centers resolve customer experience issues with a variety of tools. The platform is developed to help sales agents increase conversion by developing leads with customers and automated dialers. It gives customers a chance to reach out across the channel they prefer. And the RingCentral Contact Center is capable of being integrated with RingCentral MVP for internal and external communications platforms.

Pricing

The pricing for the RingCentral Contact Center is tiered, similarly to other RingCentral pricing structures. However, for the Contact Center platform RingCentral does not list prices for the company's tiers.
