The two main families of switches offered by Juniper Networks include the company's EX Series Ethernet Switches and QFX Series Switches. The former offer cloud-ready access and aggregation core layer switches designed to be used in enterprises, including at branches, campuses, and data center networks. These switches are designed to reduce the complexity of wired access networks and further reduce the risk carried by an enterprise and the cost of developing a network. These switches can be combined with Juniper's Mist Cloud for wired and wireless solutions, using Mist AI for connectivity at scale.

Juniper's QFX Series Switches delivers high levels of throughput and scalability for enterprises to develop an extensive routing stack with the open programmability of Junos OS, and a broad set of EVPN-VXLAN and IP fabric capabilities. The QFX series provides solutions for data center spine-and-leaf, campus distribution and core, and data center gateway and interconnect switching. These switches work with Juniper's data center operations and fabric management Juniper Astra software, which allows users to automate an entire network lifecycle to offer a simplified design and deployment with closed-loop assurance.

Juniper Networks offers a series of scalable, programmable routers intended to offer operational consistency with end-to-end automation required for service-aware networks. This includes several families of routers, such as Juniper's MX Series Universal Routing Platforms, PTX Series Routers, ACX Series Routers, CTP Series Platforms, JRR200 Route Reflector Appliances, Juniper Session Smart Router, SRX Series Gateways, and Packet Optical Transport.

Juniper Networks offers a series of access point hardware products that work with the Juniper Mist Cloud Services and Mist AI for wireless access capabilities and to extend microservices to the edge of networks and to enable applications at the edge of the networks.

Juniper Networks offers a series of cloud services that apply to artificial intelligence and machine learning to automate key tasks and address networking issues before they impact service levels. The cloud services are also capable of giving detailed insight into user, device, and application behavior and traffic patterns to help businesses understand user traffic.

Juniper's cloud services capabilities include wired access, wireless access, and SD-WAN, including automated event correlation, root cause identification, network assurance, and proactive anomaly detection; security, such as real-time intelligence for threat prevention and unified on-premises and cloud security management and monitoring; and WAN routing for network health and diagnostics with corrective actions, multivendor configuration and service orchestration, and closed-loop automation.

The Junos Operation System, offered by Juniper Networks, operates across Juniper routing, switching, and security infrastructure. As well, Juniper offers a SONiC operating system implementation which offers and open and disaggregated architecture.
