Avaloq has 150+ clients based in thirty countries and nearly $5 trillion (4.5 trillion CHF) in client assets managed using its software.

In October 2020, it was announced that Japanese information technology and electronics company NEC Corporation would acquire Avaloq in a deal worth $2.2 billion. The acquisition was finalized in December 2020.
