Sina Corporation is a Chinese technology company. It operates branches such as Weibo and its media website. Sina has over 100 million registered users worldwide. The company was recognized by Southern Weekend as "China's Media of the Year" in 2003.

The company was founded in Beijing in 1999, and its global financial headquarters have been based in Shanghai since October 1, 2001. In March 2021, Sina merged with New Wave Mergersub and delisted from Nasdaq in the same month.
