Pulley is a Mountain View, California-based software tool for cap table management founded by Yin Wu. There are two former YC founders on the team and an engineer who climbed Mount Everest.

Pulley participated in the W20 YC batch and had over half the w20 YC batch companies using Pulley to manage their cap table.
