Customers of the Hiya platform include Safelite, Penske, Just Eat, Assurance, Astutis, and QuinStreet. In the case of a company like Just Eat, it suggested Hiya's platform helped Just Eat increase the number of orders delivered per day with an 11 percent increase in answer rate. While Penske's Truck Leasing suggested that Hiya's platform helped Penske increase answer rates for higher sales conversions, with over a 100 percent increase in answer rates.
