Evercore is a is an independent investment banking advisory firm that was formerly known as Evercore partners. The firm was founded in 1995, the Firm is headquartered in New York and maintains offices and affiliate offices in major financial centers in North America, Europe, South America, the Middle East and Asia. The firm also offer advisory services related to investing, mergers & acquisitions, and divestitures.
On May 27, 2015 Evercore announced acquiring Kuna & Co, an investment banking advisory company operating out of Frankfurt, Germany, for an undisclosed amount of money.
