Established in 2016, Digitalis Ventures is a venture capital firm founded by Geoffrey W. Smith that aims to fund startups that are developing solutions to human and animal health problems. As of the same month, its current total funds is $100 million, which was garnered in January 2017. Digitalis Venture also has a joint-venture capital fund with Mars Petcare named Companion Fund, which focuses on funding startups focusing on pet care.
