CarbonFree Chemicals binds carbon dioxide to make globally in-demand carbon-negative chemicals. SkyCycle produces precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) and hydrochloric acid, while SkyMine produces sodium bicarbonate (baking soda).CarbonFree acts with its existing SkyMine facility in San Antonio, Texas, and its first SkyCyle plant being deployed in 2022.

SkyCycle is CarbonFree’s second-generation technology. CarbonFree Chemicals provides a complete CCUS solution, solving the high cost of transport and storage infrastructure. SkyCycle has an ultra-low penalty technology providing a carbon negative impact. SkyCycle is a strong profitable position.

Operating since 2015, SkyMine is the world’s first and largest industrial-scale carbon mineralization facility. The company's SkyMine plant captures up to 50,000 tons of CO₂ from cement flue gas, transforming it into carbon-negative baking soda.
