COVID-19
With the outbreak of COVID-19 (coronavirus), Babcock has partnered with an unnamed medical equipment company to design and supply thousands of critical care ventilators. With a request from the NHS and the British government. There has been an urgent request for these medical devices as hospitals have a low supply. Their prototype is designed to be manufactured with fewer parts and can be created within a matter of days, while maintaining clinical requirements.
