Amplemarket is a sales platform that assists B2B sales teams with locating and engaging with their customers. It combines lead generation alongside multi-channel sequences leveraged by artificial intelligence (AI). It is data native, has built-in personalization, is AI-powered, and possesses multi-channel outreach, including email, phone, and LinkedIn.

The sales platform assists users in finding and getting in touch with their customers. The platform assists with lead generation and finding the ideal prospects based on buying intent. It includes filters such as job title, industry, location, and technologies used. It also helps with customized outreach, and users can set up personalized sales cadences that automatically engage and follow up with their leads on different channels (email, phone, social selling—e.g. LinkedIn, physical goods, etc).
The platform also enables smart actions. Users can streamline sales workflows and follow up on leads. There is a Chrome extension, and in order to use it, users are required to create an account with Amplemarket. The sales intelligence software can be utilized for lead generation in industries like SaaS, hospitality, healthcare, consulting, and e-commerce. Amplemarket can also work from within a user's Gmail account, CRM, and social networks.
The platform collates signals to train machine learning models for different reasons, including data cleaning and enrichment, sales rep coaching, and account recommendation. It gives reps and managers access to an AI-powered breakdown of growth activities, giving answers to questions pertaining to competitors and other factors. The platform also supports some kinds of workflow automation like automatically updating a customer relationship management platform with a note when a potential customer requests not to be contacted again.
The platform was launched in 2019 by João Batalha, Luis Batalha, and Micael Oliveira. Originating from Portugal, the three founders all studied engineering and physics and assisted in the creation of Fermat’s Library, a platform for annotating academic papers.
João Batalha said:

The platform comes with all the data revenue teams need to execute [and tools to] architect personalized cadences that happen over multiple channels, including email, phone, and social. [We also leverage] NLP to give sales teams insights about what’s working and what could be improved in their growth motions.”
