Sprinklr's social customer experience management and social governance modules enable users to manage social profiles with the use of a single platform. It also allows customers to post reviews on websites, post messages on their Facebook profiles or tweet directly about the brand. The social media management platform enables users to implement a social media strategy across multiple business functions such as press release, sales, marketing, customer service, events and crisis management.

Ragy Thomas founded Sprinklr on September 24, 2009 in New Jersey and launched its first customer on January 15, 2010. It has 1,900 employees in 16 countries and 25 offices. Sprinklr's investors are Temasek, a fund owned by the government of Singapore; Wellington, a private investment management company; and EDBI, the corporate investment arm of the Singapore Economic Development Board.
