In September 2023, Salesforce announced plans to acquire Airkit.ai, and after the acquisition, it will become part of Salesforce's Service Cloud. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of Salesforce's 2024 fiscal year. This would make it the second company founded by Stephen Ehikian and Adam Evans acquired by Salesforce. Previously, the duo founded RelateIQ, which was acquired in 2014 by Salesforce for $390 million.
