Erasmus University Rotterdam

Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) is a public educational institution located in Rotterdam, Netherlands. It was founded on August 11, 1913 and is named after the prominent Dutch philosopher and theologian, Erasmus. The university is part of the education, higher education, and university industries.

EUR is accredited by the European Foundation for Management Development and the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science of the Netherlands. The university's motto is "Main Port of Knowledge". It is affiliated with the European University Association, and its headquarters are also located in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
