Czar Ventures venture capital and private equity firm investing in early-stage companies operating in the United States and India. The firm is an investment vehicle for the Czar Group which is owned by the Kothari family and is headquartered in New York City, New York and Mumbai, India. The firm uses a value investing approach to make venture capital, real estate, debt, public security, and other investments.

Czar Ventures only invests the Kothari families money and does not invest any capital coming from outside sources and does not manage any outside funds. The firm also offers advisory services to companies it invests in such as business modelling, strategy, and mentoring.
