Contiq is a San Jose, California-based developer of an artificial intelligence-based web application intended to offer content curation services. The company's application makes recommendations based on applicability and previous success score as well as customizes sales pitch decks, enabling enterprises to close deals faster by recommending best performing content to salespeople and continually measuring its effectiveness.

Contiq is venture capital backed and founded by Arun Lal and Rahul Kapoor, veterans from Microsoft and VMware. They are working to simplify enterprise content discovery and creation using artificial intelligence.

Contiq's software offers metrics that measure exactly how a client's prospect is engaging with the content they send them. Using their proprietary Deal Engagement Score (DES), Contiq offers buyer insights across the lifecycle of a deal. Through their software, users can search their sales library for the right content. Their software shows clients how often a prospective buyer opens a document or presentation, the time they spend on each page, and what they forward to their team to allow clients to adapt their marketing strategy.

Contiq software's security measures include encryption of sensitive data at rest and in transition, and regularly backed up data. They offer data privacy measures and promise client's that they do not sell, access, mine, or share data with third parties or for advertising. As well, the software is hosted in physical data centers and on AWS cloud services.
