Box is a global technology company that has created a file sharing and cloud management service in the form of an online platform. It allows for content management, workflow, and collaboration. It has been used in industries such as marketing, sales, human resources, finance, and more.

Product

The company's cloud content management feature allows for clients to create a digital workplace where employers can comment on and assign tasks, share content, and create workflows for their team. Box has both web applications and mobile applications so that clients can access their information via the Box Drive. Other apps are also integrated with Box so that employees can complete their tasks. Apps that are integrated include Office 365, Slack, and DocuSign. Box allows for businesses to go paperless by storing all of their information on the cloud. The platform also uses machine learning which can be utilized to automate tasks. Digital assets can also be managed on the platform.

Box offers services as well. There is a Box Consulting service and a Box Transform service, which aids businesses with transferring all of their information to the cloud.
