Yaletown Venture Partners is an enterprise software and private equity investment firm that invests in emerging-growth technology companies in Canada.

Yaletown Partners is a venture capital firm specializing in early stage, growth stage and emerging growth companies at a post-startup growth stage. They do not invest in consumer, social and digital media business models and seeks to invest in water purification, clean technology and information technology sectors. Yaletown has offices in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal, and they primarily invest in companies based in Canada and United States Pacific Northwest with a focus on Alberta, British Columbia, Oregon, and Washington.

As of December 2019, Yaletown has invested in 35 companies and has had 7 exits, including Indicee and GenoLogics.

Awards

In 2017, Yaletown received the CVCA's Venture Capital Deal of the Year award for its investment in BitStew, Canada's largest venture financed exit of 2016.
