VRnow is a Berlin-based artificial intelligence company providing 3D visualization service of real estate properties. VRnow specializes in developing sophisticated deep learning and computer vision mechanisms to recognize digital blueprints to build 3D structures like walls, windows, doors, and furniture onto a virtual interface with precision details. The details are then rendered into an explorable 360-degree virtual environment. The virtual environment is finally made ready to explore using virtual reality device or in a 360-degree video.
By using deep learning and computer vision techniques, VRNow works with real estate agencies to visualize, calculate costs, and manage assets from digital architectural information before moving to consequent planning phases. The application of Artificial Intelligence in floor plan recognition and analysis is intended to reduce delays and costs in real estate business workflow.
VRNow was founded in 2015 in Berlin, by Tim Meger-Guingamp and Alexander Dolokov. On September 12, 2018, Deutsche Wohnen joined VRnow as a co-partner. Deutsche Wohnen is one of the leading European real estate companies with properties in four German UNESCO World Heritage sites.
