United States Department of Labor

The United States Department of Labor (DOL) is an organization under the federal government of the United States. It was founded on April 3, 1913, by William Howard Taft and is located in the country of the United States. The headquarters of the organization is situated in the Frances Perkins Building.

As an organization, the United States Department of Labor has several subsidiaries, some of which include the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), and the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). The DOL is an instance of an organization.
