Syllable is a mobile application that can be used on iOs or Android devices and provides users with a messaging system that can be utilized between healthcare providers and their patients.

The company's software uses natural language understanding and interactive voice and text features to enable communication for healthcare providers and their patients. The platform contains a chatbot that can answer frequently asked questions, education patients about the healthcare provider's available services, refer other physicians, fill out pre-screening forms, and provide automated scheduling for appointments.The intended goal of the automated scheduling is to increase the time administrative staff spends on scheduling patients. The platform is Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act compliant, making it secure for its users in the United States of America.

Syllable has three additional products available including Voice and Memory Challenge, which are game features. It also has Caretaker, which reminds patients to take their prescriptions via Facebook messenger or Amazon Alexa.
