SAFE Network

SAFE Network, short for Secure Access For Everyone Network, is a decentralized communication and storage network designed for users who need a low-cost infrastructure for general use. Through the space computing resources provided by SAGE members, a global network is formed utilizing advance end-to-end technology.

SAFE Network is composed of three main components:

• End Users - are users who can access public contents using SAFE browser and the SAFE Authenticator.

• Farmers - are members who provide their available resources for use in the network and are compensated with safecoin token.

• App Developers - makes use of the SAFE API to create SAFE apps.

There has been some concern around the internet that MaidSafe, the group behind the SAFE Network software, has promised impossible deliveries or have at least not proven the competancy to carry out what they have promised.
