Russian Copper Company (RCC) was founded in 2004 and is now one of the biggest copper producers in Russia.
RCC’s production assets in Russia are located in the Chelyabinsk, Sverdlovsk, Orenburg and Novgorod regions, as well as in the Khabarovsk Krai. In the Republic of Kazakhstan, the company’s enterprises operate in the Aktobe region.
RCC Group comprises over forty enterprises and companies with various specialization profiles, including eight mining enterprises, a hydrometallurgical plant, three metallurgical plants and a trading company. They carry out a full production cycle – from extracting and processing ore to producing and selling finished products.
RCC produces copper concentrate, copper cathodes and wire rod, electrolytic copper foil, as well as zinc concentrate and refined gold and silver.
The Company uses the best solutions available in terms of efficiency and environmental safety regarding mining and processing of minerals, as well as producing refined copper.
The production capacity of RCC is 390,000 tons of copper in cathode equivalent.
The enterprises of RCC Group employ over 25,000 in-house and contractor contractors.
