Pronto is a company that looks to offer private transportation services in Mexico. The company was founded by Gabriel Cano, Miguel Martinez Cano, Nydia Cano, in 2017, in San Francisco, California, United States.

The company looks to provide ride sharing for second-tier cities in Latin America. The company looks to provide a subscription model for the drivers instead of commissions. The company is the first Mexican company that is interested in altering the dynamics of mobility in Latin America. The company provides their platform on iOS and Android, they provide geo-location and tracking, and customers are able to rate trips.

Pronto looks to generate profits through the means of their monthly subscription rather than through a 33% commission, which is meant to allow workers to invoice their earnings without problems.

Pronto first tried their pilot model in the state of Tlaxcala as it is the smallest city in Mexico. They tested for seven months with an operating force of 220 drivers. The company noticed a return to night-time activity in the city when they activated driving hours after 9pm, which led to improving economic issues.
