Privyr is a Singapore-based technology company developing an artificial intelligence platform for personalized sales and customer engagement. The platform aims to equip salespeople with detailed information about a customer to provide personalized engagement ideas. As of May 2019, the platform is in beta stage with early access to pilot clients.

Privyr has an iOS application which serves as a front-end for its customer engagement platform. The platform uses artificial intelligence to profile every customer to provide personal recommendations. Privr analyzes history and interactions between the sales-person and the client to suggest personalized content to increase engagement, conversion, and retention. The app can then send personalized content through various messaging channels like SMS, email, or messaging applications. User interactions are tracked through personalized links which trigger real-time alerts for sales-person. The platform keeps a detailed report for every event and interaction to make subsequent conversations more personal. The application serves as a lightweight CRM to list individual customer interactions and a scheduler to list events based on past interactions with the clients.

Aaron Lim and Shivam Mani Tripathi founded the company in 2018 and is headquartered in Singapore. Both founders have a background in computer science with Aaron having experience in product development and Shivam in artificial intelligence and machine learning platforms. The company is backed by Wavemaker and Entrepreneur First.
