The company currently unites 450+ people. We are stable and safe. We are big enough to build good processes but small enough to avoid hierarchy and bureaucracy issues. The company’s structure is flat: we have a management team plus development teams and clusters. Each of them shapes its own working processes in the best way to achieve its goals and ensure the most comfortable working conditions for itself. Over the last 5 years, P2H’s custom delivery has been implementing web and mobile app development projects for the e-government and enterprise sectors. These solutions are different, but they are mostly high-load, highly scalable platforms and services. If you are a developer, system architect, DevOps, QA or AQA engineer, BA or PM/scrum master, there are plenty of opportunities to use your skills full throttle.

Our company was one of the first in the industry to provide the graphic design to HTML conversion service — PSD2HTML. Over the years, front-end technologies grew more advanced and sophisticated, and so did we.
