Noosphere Ventures Partners LP is a space-focused investment firm. It was founded on 4 June 2014 by Max Polyakov and has its headquarters in Menlo Park, California. The Noosphere space portfolio includes projects EOS Data Analytics, including EOS SAR; Firefly Aerospace; D-Orbit; Space systems engineering, and who is the owner of Space Electric Thruster Systems (SETS).
Noosphere Ventures concentrates on strategic development and expansion of its activities in the space sector. Vertical integration principles guide the company, which is seeking to consolidate its oversight over launches, satellites, data analysis, communications and ground stations.
The company has invested from $30 million to $50 million annually in mergers and acquisitions since 2015 and this spring is looking to invest in a small satellite maker or component supplier.
