Launched during a hackathon promoted by the UN in the second half of 2017, Moeda was born with the purpose of using blockchain technology as a solution to democratize financial access in transparent investments and banking operations with socio-environmental impact.
Today, Moeda offers an ecosystem of services that allows total control of finances. The MoedaPay app brings together a digital wallet and a variety of transparent, easy-to-use, impact-focused banking operations – available to anyone with a smartphone.
With the Mastercard brand, the Moeda card was created to be part of everyday life and is accepted in any machine in the world.
