The AI-assisted software builds review invite messages which are intended to be targeted and relevant to the business type and receiving customer. Review invitations can be sent manually or setup to run automatically in conjunction with existing CRM, POS or booking systems. The message text can be chosen by the human administrator or by Merit’s smart messaging system, based on AI tested variations for a specific site. The software can send messages via SMS or email, to single or multiple customers. With integrations, Merit automatically triggers review invites based on actions taken in CMS, CRM, Booking, or POS tools. It works with Google reviews and Facebook reviews.
