Innosilicon is a world class one-stop shop of high-speed mixed signal IPs and ASIC custom solutions for a full range of processes from 130nm to 5nm across the world’s top foundries (TSMC/Samsung/GlobalFoundries/SMIC/UMC/Intel/HLMC/XMC, etc.), especially for FinFET processes below 22nm. So far, Innosilicon is the sole technology partner in China who has access to the 5nm process library provided by Samsung and TSMC combined with the design-to-tapeout capability.

Innosilicon team is fully devoted to extending its leadership in delivering competitive products using the world’s most advanced IP and ASIC technologies and has made a number of significant achievements. In 2018, Innosilicon was the first to overcome the major technical bottleneck of GDDR6 high bandwidth memory and realized the mass production of high-performance computing GPU. In 2019, Innosilicon announced the availability of HDMI 2.1 IP supporting 4K/8K display and high-speed 32Gbps SerDes IP. In 2020, we launched the HBM2e and INNOLINK Chiplet technology, a high-performance computing platform (CPU / GPU / NPU) of Chinese standard. In 2021, Innosilicon will launch the world first silicon-proven GDDR6X PHY and controller IP，based on GDDR6X memory chips from Micron. With all the custom IPs in every advanced FinFET processes entering mass production successfully in one stroke, our remarkable innovation capabilities have been proven in the fields such as high-performance computing, high-bandwidth memory, encrypted computing, AI cloud computing, and low-power IoT.
