Explora Biotech is a developer of a bio-engineering platform intended for use in biological engineering. The platform uses artificial intelligence-driven automatic computation of DNA fragments for DNA assembly. The algorithms used are designed to compute the optimal DNA fragments to assemble a custom plasmid or vector. It uses constructive biology to study individual molecules to whole cells, tissues, organisms and populations. And, for protein biochemistry, Explora Biotech's platform offers custom protein labeling, custom protein expression, quality control, and bio fishing.
Explora Biotech also provides a synthetic and molecular biology service including synthetic constructs design, plasmid preparation, and synthetic gene libraries. The company provides flexible bioprocess services ranging from custom chromatography, media optimization, and strain adaptation.
