Exos Aerospace Systems & Technologies looks to focus on providing biomedical research, material science, and aerospace engineering. The company was founded by David Mitchell, John Quinn, Phil Eaton, and Russel Blink in 2014, in Greenville, Texas, United States.
The company is interested in developing and operating reusable space vehicles, as well as offering educational programs, manufacturing and prototyping, and research in biomedical fields. Exos has helped develop private, commercial, and reusable rocket designs and concepts used around the world, including rocket engines used in manned flight. The company has worked in contracts with NASA, and has expanded to commercial markets as well as working with the DoD.
Exos has started an education program, SPACEedu, that is taught from kindergarten through 12th grade. They look to educate their pupils using a Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics-based curriculum, which has been developed with the company's partners. Exos looks to help students make experiments that can take place in space.
