Decent’s product is intended for use by self employed workers in the United States, with current coverage in the Texas area as of September 2019. Decent offers two main insurance packages: Pathfinder Bronze and Trailblazer Silver. Both plans allow customers to have unlimited, free in-person and telemedicine with a primary care doctor, as well as receiving uncapped benefits when out-of-pocket payment has reached its maximum amount. However, Trailblazer Silver provides more copays than the Pathfinder Bronze; with a higher premium as well compared to the latter. All of these plans fall into the category of exclusive provider organization (EPO).
In May 2018, Decent raised $8 million for its seed round, with investors such as Maverick Ventures Israel, Joshua Jeffries, Digital Currency Group, and Serge Kassardjian.
