The company offers products online, and in supermarkets, health food shops, and pharmacies that are free of sugar, gluten, and lactose. Damhert Nutrition also offers a variety of plant-based products that are vegetarian and vegan friendly. Damhert Nutrition caters to consumers that are "aware eaters" who are more likely to by products that are preventive and supportive of health conditions.

Damhert Nutrition is certified by the British Retail Consortium Technical Standard and Protocol (BRC) for meeting hygiene and food safety requirements.

Damhert Nutrition complies with the legal requirements to label their food "organic" and is allowed to use the European BIO label and state they have a BIO certificate.

The Dutch Celiac Association has awarded Damhert Nutrition with their gluten-free certificate for offering safe and reliable gluten-free products across Europe.

The "no added sugar" label of some products sold by Damhert Nutrition have been criticized for the amount of sweetener contained in some of their products. The criticism comes from Test-Achats, a Belgian non-profit organization promoting consumer protection. Test-Achats claims Damhert Nutrition is violating an EU law stipulating that products being sold within the EU which have the "no added sugar" label cannot have any added natural or artificial sweeteners added to them.
