Cymantix is a developer of a platform that allows users to interact with and explore information with visual navigation, personalization, and secured information storage and organization. The platform is designed to be intuitive to use to allow users to experience the platform's data retrieval system in an intuitive way and to provide an intuitive and adaptive way of retrieving information to help researchers turn unstructured data into useful knowledge and structured data.

The company was founded in 2021 by CEO English Sall, CTO Michael Ortiz, and Javed Mostafa and is headquartered in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Cymantix was founded with the goal to create tools to help users in how they search, share, and make meaning out of information. The company is working to develop the platform to allow a certain amount of customization to make it useful for projects in the intelligence space, health care, enterprise search, and the energy sector.

PATTIE (Publication Access Through Tiered Interaction and Exploration) is Cymantix's flagship platform developed to help users retrieve and search through unstructured data. The platform is developed to be intuitive and efficient to use for researchers, which is achieved through text categorization, text clustering, and dynamic unsupervised machine learning all intended to collect and categorize unstructured data for visual navigation of that data.

PATTIE is developed to help tap into the estimated 80 to 90 percent of data that is unstructured and unmanaged, where PATTIE works to connect the data and decrease the time and resources required to collect and process that information. The user is then able to make the data searchable, interactive, and visualized to help users achieve insights from the data.
