Catalyst Capital is a London, England based asset management firm. They invest in real estate opportunities in the United Kingdom, Germany, France and Poland. At their investment locations, they look to build a business plan around whether the investment requires renovation, redevelopment, re-positioning, restructuring or development.
Catalyst Capital was established in 2001 through a management buyout of the European arm of the Greenwich Group International.
In June 2019, Catalyst Capital formed a £1 billion joint venture fund with Hero Enterprise of India, which seeks investments in and development of hotels, serviced apartments, hospitality-led and long income-based projects.
Catalyst Capital has invested in Advanced ICU Care across two venture capital rounds in February and August 2006 and again during Advanced ICU Care's November 2011 Series D.
