Carmine Finance offers different protocols connected to insurance. One of them is the Carmine Options AMM, which enables users to purchase and sell options. For crypto funds, traders, and investors who want to hedge their portfolios or trade options, the options AMM offers a pathway. The AMM allows for the sale of particular options directly to the user.
With the AMM, traders can build their own custom strategies and speculate on volatility or on price movement. For liquidity providers, as a result of the mechanics of the AMM, capital utilization can reach multiples of the value of the pool. For hedge funds and investors, it helps with hedging portfolios and investments.
Carmine Finance is building Carmine Options AMM that enables buying and selling European-style options. This ranges from option vaults, hedging, and insurance on impermanent loss, no-liquidation loans, insuring against loan liquidations, and others.
