Canal is an emerging e-commerce platform that allows online businesses to casually partner with other similar businesses by promoting that brand's products on their own site. Canal was founded in 2021 and is based in San Francisco, California. It was founded by Bennett Carroccio, Liam Kinney, and Clay Schubiner.

Canal's platform helps promote D2C brand sales. Canal supports both storefronts and suppliers as users. Storefront users can browse through Canal's curated brand network to find suppliers selling similar or complementing products to their own, and choose those companies to partner with. For example, coffee maker manufacturers may choose to source coffee companies so they can offer the coffee for sale alongside the coffee makers as a suggested item. This is beneficial to both the storefront and supplier, as they're each exposed to a new consumer base. Suppliers on Canal can find and approve new storefront partners. When customers purchase products from multiple suppliers through Canal, each order is sent to its respective supplier to be fulfilled and shipped out.
