Bricklane.com is a technology company offering a platform for residential property investments that is headquartered in London, England and was founded in 2014 by Simon Heawood and Tom Cavill. Bricklane.com offers users REIT structures to ensure investors pay no tax on their capital gains and income when they invest through Bricklane.com using their ISA or pension.

On September 22, 2016 Bricklane.com completed their seed funding round with £1.3 million in funding from Zoopla, LocalGlobe, and undisclosed angel investors. At the time of announcing their seed funding Bricklane.com also announced they will be partnering with Zoopla. The CEO and founder of Zoopla, Alex Chesterman, made the following comments regarding the company's investment and new partnership agreement with Bricklane.com:
