Altius Space Machines is a company that develops robotics, interface, vehicles, satellites and other technologies for space projects and missions. The company was founded by Jonathan Goff in 2010 in Broomfield, Colorado, United States.
The company looks to provide cost effective solutions for satellite servicing requirements. In addition to this they are developing robotics that actively capture space debris and remove it, spacecraft mechanisms, assistive tele-robotics, in-space propellant transfer, and on-orbit assembly and manufacturing.
Their satellite servicing is call the Bulldog family, and it leverages their capture robotics and small satellite solar electric propulsion systems. The Bulldog can provide satellite operators with inspection, refueling, modular repair, upgrade services, and disposal services.
Space Logistics Bulldog is meant to enable the delivery of cargo, modularly-swappable hosted payloads, and construction materials to space facilities, hosted payload platforms, and in-space assembly/manufacturing sites.
