Adla

Adla is a clothing company providing an artificially intelligent styling service via text and instagram direct messaging that is headquartered in London, England and was founded in 2018 by Holly Leslie and Harry. The company uses artificial intelligence technology related to computer vision to analyze clothes and use that information to recommend clothing to their customers.

The company gives recommendations of clothes and sends them to clients to try on and buy who are living in San Francisco and the Bay Area or London, England. All clothing sent to a customers house by Alda does not need to be purchased by the customer. Each customer has the right to buy all of the clothing, some of the clothing, or none of the clothing sent to their home by Alda. If a customer chooses to purchase some or none of the clothing sent by Alda, they message Alda via text or Instagram message and Alda will come pick up the clothing from their house free of charge.

In 2018 Alda received an equity free grant from Y Combinator worth $10,000.
