Viktor Zubkov

Viktor Alekseevich Zubkov (born September 15, 1941, the village of Arbat, Sverdlovsk Region) is a Russian politician and economist. Special Representative of the President of Russia for Interaction with the Forum of Gas Exporting Countries since May 30, 2012.

Doctor of Economic Sciences, in 1991-2004 - deputy head of various ministries and departments. In 2001-2007, he was the head of the financial intelligence of Russia.
