Order of the Red Banner of Labour

The first recipient of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor of the RSFSR was a peasant of the Bykhov district of the Gomel province Minchukov Nikita, who was awarded this award by the Decree of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of the RSFSR of July 28, 1921 for selfless protection from the ice drift of the Chigirinsky bridge.
