TechFund is a venture capital firm in France that focuses on investing in technology companies. Founded 1990 in Paris, France by Kurt Keilhacker, it invests in early stage ventures and late stage ventures. Its portfolio companies include Expway, Radio Systemes Ingenierie, Novaled, BMEYE, Solairedirect, Miyowa, and RSI Video Technologies. As of March 2020, TechFund has made 13 investments. Their most recent investment was on March 31, 2016, when Expway raised €3M. TechFund has had seven exits, the most notable of which include Expway, RSI Video Technologies, and Novaled. Expway is a provider of LTE (Long Term Evolution) Multicast solutions. RSI Video Technologies manufactures Videofied, a wireless alarm system that sends a short video clip over 3G/4G cellular or Ethernet. Novaled provides proprietary organic materials and technologies for superior OLEDs in display, lighting and high performance OSC.
