Founded in 2012, and headquartered in New York City, by current CEO Benjamin Cohen, T-REX provides investors, asset managers and developers with enterprise SaaS-based analytics, risk and portfolio management platform for efficient finance, security and asset management. In speaking to Globes on T-REX, Benjamin Cohen said:

T-REX offers a managed data service which provides transparency into the performance of assets and asset classes on an ongoing basis. And they offer an analytics platform offering flexible analytics, reporting and collaboration software for complex assets.
In January 2014, T-REX raised $4 million from Ecosystem Integrity Fund and Clean Pacific Ventures.
T-REX raised $10 million in November 2016 for their Series B. Safeguard Scientifics led the round with participation from Ecosystem Integrity Fund. T-REX committed the new funds for expanded product capabilities and and to scale their client development team.
In September 2019 T-REX raised $15 million in their Series C financing. Citigroup led the round with Westly Group and Viola Fintech, while innogy and Macquarie Capital participated.
